What if the term "Nubian" was eliminated ?

In my view, when the word "Nubian" is used 95% of the time it is referring to Kushites

In modern times the word is accepted and used by many people in Southern Egypt who consider themselves Nubian

but let's it was decided the term "Nubia" was declared obsolete
and only , Ta Seti, Ta Nehesy, Nehesi, Kushite, Meroite, Medjay, Wawat, Irtjet, Yam, Medja and Kaau

- were used

would it cause any complications or would it basically be an easy switch that you would support if some authors and researchers started strictly following this ?
