Despite omissions of major ethnies (Shorties; Songhai) and identical redundancies (Manjago, Mandinka; Wasamba, Wabondei) this series of African ADMIXTURE @ K=4-13 is quite informative.

Someone needs to run a test like you did and publish these results. 20% West African-like ancestry in late Pleistocene/early Holocene Iranians should be newsworthy at the very least.

Thanks, but I can only take credit for reordering the populations and the analysis on what I observed @ K=6.
Only did a redux of a forum member's work. I really don't have money for resource of my own or know where to rent facilities to test my own queries.
EDIT Uh oh. Just noticed I forgot Wolof and Serere but Serehule's got them covered. BTW I put Fula 1 in both Atlantic and Sahara tracts after 99 coin flips.

East African Mota and Kenya500 didn't fit neatly into the main column which runs from southern populations to the eastern and western ones followed by northeast and northern groups and finally the so-called 'Eurasian' K.
Malawi Hora Holocene has all 6 Ks. I sincerely doubt any Eurasian origin element did, or had any reason to, cross 6000 miles of land 8000 years ago. Especially in the face of all the people moving in the exact opposite direction as the African Humid Period was at its maximum to optimum strength then.
The oldest Eurasians show Atlantic and Eastern introgression in Villabruna and a heavy Atlantic West African (20%) component in Iran Hotu. Both are late Pleistocene early Holocene people. The Caucasus HunterGatherer evidences Atlantic, eastern, southern, and northeastern introgression. The West European HunterGatherer has 4 of 5 African Ks, Sahara, southern, Atlantic, and eastern. Unsure if northeastern is showing or is a print bleed.
Atlantic and northeastern (ie Nuba) ingress nearly all others. San, even if rare, shows up in all but the northern populations. All westerns have eastern and northeastern in addition to San elements. The Sahara/northern K is significant in northeastern, Luxmanda3000, ancient Levantines, and Sardinians. Also, it shows more in northeastern and eastern than in the west. Sahara/north has an Atlantic component, while eastern and northeastern have introgressed all except Tunisia's Chencherere Imazighen.
