Lopez is most likely a Nilotic southern Sudanese. Nilotics also live in Kenya and Uganda. Many people forget that eastern Africa is not only Somalis and Ethiopians. The most interesting thing about west african and east africans is that they share a common, recent blood/genetic lineage - the PN2 clade. The PN2 clade is also shared with Greeks substantially. Greek ancestors migrated down the Nile and into southern Europe from Black Africa within the last 10,000 years.

The map doesn't show that gene flow because A) it amounts to only about 4%, and B) it occurred in historical times. The map is depicting Neolithic migrations. That's also why it doesn't show the Upper-Paleolithic "source of origin" of E3b. Illiterate savage.
