If a man on a British beach said you had his heart forever after an incident like that, would you have to ask anyone else if it was just a chat up line?

Lastly, I don't usually pick on spelling, but yours doesn't look like a typical British way of writing, you even muddle up the correct place to put capital letters, not a usual native-speaker mistake!

The answer to these two questions is very much going to show what this is all about. And if he is a very young man then the answer to why he did not want sex may well be staring you in the face.
