I don't allow that
"Negro" is obsolete and now considered insulting.
I may only allow it in historical quotation of some old text when it was considered not derogatory but on a case by case basis. I have stated this before
So moving a thread here which violates the rules is disrespecting the rules we have here.
The essence of the rule is don't call a group of people something that most of them don't currently call themselves.
