Black blood Metis or Mulato Danny Wilson and Ryan Giggs (according to classical writer definition of skin color) who look white make me believe the dark skin people of South Spain, South Italy, South Greece, South Romania, North Africa, Egypt, West Asia, Arabia are fixed mulato people.I think in ancient times the Kingdoms and Empires in those area use to be black and mulato.
