These two are a couple of miniature Egyptian soldier figurines I got with a model chariot from North Star Military Figures (the set cost a little over twenty bucks overall). The chariot ended up falling apart while I was working on it, but I was able to salvage the project by shifting the focus to the two soldiers. I painted both myself using my mom's old paint set, and I used a toothpick to give the guy on the right a spear.

This is my first time working with miniature military figures like these, as you can probably tell from the sloppy paint job (as well as my bungling up the chariot).
