How he describes the genetic map from his book The History and Geography of Human Genes:

Scientists' proclamations denying race are very likely just a front to avoid controversy. But dumb Negroes with agendas fall for it every time.

Keeping in mind men are of various intellectual capacities, those of the lower capacity will invariably attach social prejudices to these categories/distinctions and therin lies the problem.
